My path into financial planning began in banking, which gave me a strong foundation that I rely on every day. After earning my degree from Judson University, I spent years working in trust administration, financial planning, and investment management. Those experiences gave me a perspective shaped by seeing how the different pieces of a client’s financial life connect. That background continues to influence how I approach every relationship: with curiosity about the full picture, not just one corner of it.
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an active member of the Financial Planning Association and the DuPage Foundation. Staying connected to the broader financial planning community matters to me, both as a professional and as someone who believes deeply in the value of this work.
Community involvement has been a consistent part of my life. I currently serve as Governor of Zonta International District 6, which includes clubs throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. I also serve as Treasurer of the Zonta Club of St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and as a member of the DuPage Foundation Professional Advisory Committee. I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of leadership roles within Zonta, including chair of the Zonta International Investment Committee, and I value the opportunity to contribute my professional experience to organizations and causes that make a difference. Giving back, in whatever form it takes, is something I take seriously.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my two adult children, traveling whenever I can, staying active, and reading widely, with a particular appreciation for both fiction and nonfiction mysteries.
