At Black Diamond Planners, my role as Director of Client Relations is centered around one core mission: ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and empowered on their financial journey. Since joining the firm in 2015, I’ve been committed to delivering an exceptional client experience—whether that means helping individuals organize their full financial picture, guiding them through key transitions, or simply being a reliable point of contact every step of the way.
With a passion for advocacy and a service-first approach, I manage the relationship side of our practice, while also overseeing administrative operations, supporting compliance and IT initiatives, and contributing to our marketing efforts. My goal is to create a seamless and personalized experience for every client, rooted in trust and long-term partnership.
After graduating from Loyola University of Chicago, my professional path was both broad and client-focused, with experience in management, sales, technology, and customer service across industries such as law, healthcare, construction, and finance. No matter the field, I’ve always found fulfillment in helping others succeed.
When I’m not working, I enjoy life with my husband and our three amazing children who are now thriving young adults. My true “happy places” are relaxing on a boat in Michigan, exploring new adventures, volunteering at the Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
