As a Client Service Associate with Black Diamond Planners, I enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every client and helping ensure each interaction is smooth, organized, and personalized. Providing excellent service is my goal, which begins with listening, building trust, and giving clients the confidence that they're in good hands.
My career started with positions in banking, accounting, and financial operations before joining the Black Diamond Planners team. One of my favorite roles was as a Relationship Banker, where I had the opportunity to develop strong client relationships while assisting individuals and families with their financial needs. That experience shaped me into a detail-oriented, solution-focused professional who takes pride in supporting our advisors so they can focus on what they do best: guiding clients toward getting their financial house in perfect order.
Outside the office, my heart is with my partner and our two beautiful young daughters. I enjoy keeping up with the latest pop culture and exploring my creative side through art and design as I find endless inspiration in the natural world around me.
