My career has taken a few turns, but the common thread has always been people. After graduating from Illinois State University, I started in sales and then moved into association management, working with several business trade organizations. Both paths were built around relationships and service, and that experience is what I bring to this work every day.
In my role as a Client Service Associate, my responsibilities span client support, administrative operations, marketing plans and events, and compliance procedures. The variety keeps things interesting, and each piece ultimately connects back to the same goal: making sure the clients we serve have a responsive, consistent experience.
At home, my husband and I are raising two daughters who keep us busy with school and sports. When we get a chance to come up for air, we enjoy the outdoors and catching live concerts whenever we can.
