With a deep passion for helping others, I find great joy in delivering thoughtful client support and contributing meaningfully to our team at Black Diamond Planners. In my role as Client Service Associate, I focus on ensuring each client receives exceptional service, while also managing administrative responsibilities, executing marketing plans and events, and implementing compliance procedures.
After graduating from Illinois State University, I began my professional journey in sales before moving into association management for several business trade organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a commitment to building strong relationships and consistently providing top-tier service—principles that continue to guide my work today.
Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my family and friends. My husband and I are raising two wonderful daughters who are very active in school and sports. We also enjoy outdoor activities and try to catch as many live concerts as possible.
